These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Pynglo web application at pynglo.com (the "Service"), operated by Corvexa Studio ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Description of Service
Pynglo is an email response tracking dashboard that connects to your Gmail account to help you:
- Track which sent emails have been replied to
- Identify emails that haven't received a response
- Send follow-up emails through your Gmail account
- View response analytics and insights
- Receive daily or weekly digest summaries

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using Pynglo, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Account Registration
- You must sign in with a valid Google account to use the Service
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account
- You must not share your account or allow others to access the Service through your account
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

Gmail Access and Permissions
By connecting your Gmail account, you authorize Pynglo to:
- Read sent email metadata and preview snippet — subject lines, recipient addresses, timestamps, thread IDs, and a short Gmail-generated snippet (~100 characters). We do not read your full email body or attachments.
- Send emails on your behalf — only when you explicitly compose and confirm a follow-up message through the Pynglo dashboard. We never send emails automatically without your action.
- Detect replies — we monitor your inbox threads to determine if recipients have responded to tracked emails.

Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Send spam, unsolicited bulk email, or harassment
- Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
- Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation
- Interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Service or its infrastructure
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its systems
- Use the Service to track emails sent for illegal or unethical purposes
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service without our written consent
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these terms.

Plans and Pricing
6.1 Free Plan
The Free plan allows you to track up to 10 emails per month with basic dashboard access and 1 follow-up template. No credit card is required.
6.2 Pro Plans (Monthly and Yearly)
Pro plans provide unlimited email tracking, all features, and priority support. Pro subscriptions are billed through Lemon Squeezy and automatically renew unless cancelled.
- Pro Monthly: $9/month, billed monthly
- Pro Yearly: $69/year, billed annually
6.3 Lifetime Plan
The Lifetime plan is a one-time payment of $79 that grants permanent access to all Pro features, including future updates. No recurring charges.
6.4 Refund Policy
- Monthly subscriptions: You may cancel at any time. No refunds for partial months. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- Yearly subscriptions: You may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase if you are not satisfied. After 30 days, no refunds are provided. You may cancel, and access continues until the end of the billing year.
- Lifetime plan: You may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, no refunds are provided.
6.5 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect existing subscriptions until renewal. Lifetime plan holders are not affected by price changes.

Open Tracking
Pynglo uses tracking pixels (1x1 transparent images) in follow-up emails sent through the Service to detect when recipients open the email. By using this feature:
- You acknowledge that tracking pixels may not work in all email clients (some block external images)
- You agree to use this feature responsibly and in compliance with applicable privacy laws
- You are responsible for ensuring your use of open tracking complies with the laws of your jurisdiction and the jurisdiction of your recipients

Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, features, logos, and documentation, is owned by Corvexa Studio and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.
Your data remains yours. We claim no ownership over your email metadata, templates, or any content you create within the Service.

Service Availability
- We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability
- The Service depends on third-party services (Google Gmail API, Supabase, Vercel) which may experience their own outages
- We may perform maintenance with or without notice, though we will try to provide advance notice for planned maintenance
- We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from Service downtime

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
- We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted
- We are not responsible for the actions of email recipients, including whether they open, read, or respond to your emails
- Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Corvexa Studio, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Account Termination
- By you: You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at hello@pynglo.com. All your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
- By us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or if we discontinue the Service. We will provide reasonable notice when possible.
- Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Data deletion follows our Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on the Service or sending you an email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of India.
